ERPNext CIS Plus
Simpler customer, contact, and address management for ERPNext, with address validation, geolocation, and a map of your customers.
A project and task workspace for ERPNext, with timers and hour budgets for staff and a portal where customers follow and work on their projects.
Frappe & ERPNext
ERPNext's stock project and task screens are built for record-keeping, not for running a day of work. TaskView turns them into a workspace: your team sees every project as a tree of tasks, starts a timer with one click, and watches hours against budget as they go. Your customers get a portal where they can see progress, add tasks, comment, and attach files, without a desk login. It's for service teams that bill by the hour and want clients to see the same picture they do. It targets Frappe v16.
Task View as the default list view for Task and Project: drag and drop to reorder and re-parent, inline add and edit, quick entry for several subtasks at once.
My Tasks, All Tasks, and Pinned filters, plus a side panel for the full task form.
Timers on any task. Time is logged to a draft timesheet as you work, and a dock on every desk page shows what's running.
Hour budgets on tasks and projects (12.5 / 20 h), rolled up from subtasks, turning amber at 80% and red when over.
Customer portal at /projects: project overviews with budget per phase, tasks as a list or kanban board, comments, time logs, and files.
Access follows the customer's contacts and portal users, so nobody sees a project that isn't theirs.
Install it like any Frappe app. The README covers the one-time migration patch that points the portal menu at /projects.
