A map of your current systemsA map of your current systems
Every tool you use, what it's used for, who uses it, and how data moves (or doesn't) between them.
A systems assessment is the low-risk way to start. We learn how your business really runs, find where time and money leak out, and give you a clear recommendation and a phased roadmap with honest estimates. Whether you work with us afterward is entirely up to you.

| Tool | Used for | Used by | How data moves |

| Accounting package | Books and invoices | Office | |
| Scheduling app | Jobs and crews | Shop floor | |
| Shared spreadsheet | Quotes | Sales | |
| Shipping tool | Labels and tracking | Warehouse |
You know the signs. Orders get typed into three places. The real schedule lives on a whiteboard. Month-end means a week of reconciling spreadsheets. Someone is always asking, "Which number is right?"
It's tempting to fix it by buying the next app. But without a clear picture of how work actually moves through your business, a new tool can easily become one more thing to keep in sync. The assessment gives you that picture first.

At the end of the assessment, you'll have a written report you can use with us, with another vendor, or on your own:
Every tool you use, what it's used for, who uses it, and how data moves (or doesn't) between them.
From quote to cash, from purchase to stock, from job to invoice, documented the way your team actually does them.
Where double entry, delays, and errors cost the most, sorted by urgency and importance.
Usually ERPNext or Odoo, sometimes a lighter fix, and occasionally “keep what you have and connect it better.” We'll explain why.
What to tackle first for the biggest impact, and what each phase is likely to cost, with best- and worst-case estimates.
Use it with us, with another vendor, or on your own. Everything we produce is yours once it's paid for, including the assessment report.
We start by identifying everyone the system touches: owners, office staff, the shop floor, sales, accounting, and sometimes your customers and vendors. Then we talk with each group.
We walk through how work really gets done, look at the tools and spreadsheets involved, and write down what each group needs from a better system.
We sort what we've learned by urgency and importance. Most of the benefit usually comes from a small set of changes, so we focus there first and save the rest for later phases.
We review the report with you, explain the recommended platform and roadmap, and answer your questions. You leave with a plan, not a sales pitch.
Our process is shaped by four commitments we hold ourselves to on every project:
We start and end with the people who do the work. A technology belongs in your business only if it helps them.
We deliver what matters most as quickly as possible and save polish for when you ask for it.
Clear terms up front, best- and worst-case estimates, and early warning well before a budget runs out.
We prefer technologies that many vendors can support, your data stays portable, and everything we produce is yours once it's paid for, including the assessment report.

No. The report is yours to use however you like. We'd be glad to keep working with you, but the assessment stands on its own.
They're our platforms of choice for business systems, and we'll recommend them when they fit. If a smaller change or a different tool serves you better, we'll say so.
We're based in South-central Pennsylvania and happy to visit businesses in the region. Everything else, we do remotely.
It depends on the size of your team and how many workflows are involved. We'll agree on scope and timing before we start.
Tell us a little about your business and what's frustrating your team. We'll follow up to plan your assessment.
