WordPress Cloudflare Email

WordPress sends password resets, order receipts, and form notifications through PHP's mail function by default, which often lands in spam or never arrives. This plugin sends every message through Cloudflare Email Sending instead, so mail goes out from a verified domain with deliverability records managed in Cloudflare. It's the WordPress adapter in Avunu's Cloudflare Email suite, and it handles outbound mail only.

Features

• Drop-in. Hooks wp_mail() without redefining it, so every plugin and theme that sends mail is covered automatically.

• Faithful messages. Cc, Bcc, Reply-To, custom headers, and inline images are preserved.

• Logged. Every send and every failure is recorded. Open Tools → Cloudflare Email to view, resend, or delete messages, with automatic pruning after a retention window you choose.

• No silent fallback. If Cloudflare rejects a message, it's logged as failed and wp_mail() returns false. A filter lets you adjust the payload.

• Quiet when unconfigured. Without credentials it does nothing, and WordPress mail works as before.

• Self-updating from GitHub Releases.

Getting started

You need a Cloudflare account with Email Sending enabled for your domain and an API token. Add the account ID, token, and From address to wp-config.php, then verify with WP-CLI:
