If your business banks with Mercury and runs its books in ERPNext, you're probably re-keying the same transactions in two places. Mercury Integration connects them. Bank activity flows into ERPNext for reconciliation, invoices can be paid through Mercury, and payroll and vendor payments go out from ERPNext without a second login. It's built for finance teams that want the ERP to stay the source of truth.

Features

  • Bank sync. Mercury accounts become ERPNext Bank Accounts, with hourly transaction import, backfill, and webhook or polling updates.

  • Accounts receivable. Payment Requests become Mercury invoices with a pay link and overdue reminders.

  • Payouts. Pay salary slips and suppliers by ACH, either sent directly or held for approval by a second Mercury user.

  • GL coding. Map your chart of accounts to Mercury GL codes and book journal entries automatically, with a daily sweep for transactions coded late.

  • Attachments. Receipts and files on Mercury transactions are imported to ERPNext.

  • Audit log. Every inbound event and outbound call is recorded as an Integration Request.

Getting started

Start with a sandbox token in Mercury Settings, then sync accounts and backfill transactions. The README explains each step, the token scopes you need, and known constraints such as USD-only receivables.
