Odoo Email and Messaging

Email and texting are where customers actually talk to you, so they belong in the ERP. These three modules give Odoo 18 Community a modern mail transport and a real two-way SMS channel, without an SMTP provider, IMAP polling, or a separate texting app. mail_cloudflare is the Odoo adapter in Avunu's Cloudflare Email suite.

Features

• mail_cloudflare: an outgoing mail server type that sends through the Cloudflare Email Sending API with an account ID and token, plus an incoming server type that receives signed pushes from the Cloudflare Email Relay. Mail is processed by Odoo's own message_process(), so aliases, reply threading, and bounces behave as they do today. Duplicates are ignored by Message-ID.

• mail_gateway_twilio: two-way SMS and MMS through Twilio, built on the OCA mail_gateway framework. Each phone number gets one Discuss conversation; replying in the thread sends a text. Delivery status is tracked, inbound media arrives as attachments, and webhooks can be registered with one click.

• mail_gateway_twilio_sms_mirror: copies outbound core notification SMS and SMS Marketing messages into the recipient's Twilio thread, so customer replies sit next to the message they answer.

Getting started

Install the modules from the avunu-odoo-addons repository. The Cloudflare module needs a domain onboarded to Cloudflare Email Sending and Email Routing; the Twilio modules need OCA's mail_gateway. Each module's README in the repository covers setup.
